Statement:

Bronx, New York native, Tafari Mills, is a Massachusetts based artist whose work comprises digital drawings, oil/acrylic paintings and traditional graphite pieces. His style is semi-realism and focuses on vibrant portraits depicting the beauty and strength of black culture and people of color. His West Indian background combined with living in various cities such as Baltimore, New York and Springfield, has given him exposure to ideas and communities that heavily influenced his artwork.
