Elena Koivunen's designs inspire a certain level of intrigue and mystery. Koivunen got a BA from Central Saint Martins Art School, a school renowned for its contribution to the fashion and design industry. With bold slashes across some of the pieces and a certain level of androgyny in the forms and shapes of the work, the level of mystery and perplexity increases as one examines each piece. Koivunen is definitely an avant-garde designer to watch.
