“My work is rather in a realistic style in a colorful abstract background. My African root is clearly expressed in my paintings through all these bright colors and symbols which give energy and life.

I use a mixture of figurative and abstraction as a backdrop in my work and propose a harmony between the real and the unreal . My paintings are inspired by spirituality, nature, events and my instinct.

I paint a large field of subjects in a single idea linked to spirituality and identity. All in a mixture of different elements drawn from the fauna and flora in which human being is a part. I also combine either human with animals, plants or masks. All, in a colorful abstract background.

My artistic work is a questioning of the true identity of human being in his spiritual and physical aspect and his role as an element of nature. Woman is also a great source of my inspiration. The purpose of my work is not to provide answers, but rather to raise questions and debate. This gives free rein to admirers' imaginations to give their own answers linked to their stories and experiences.”
