Jar Full of Positive Affirmations -

Materials:

Mason jar or similar item such as a box

Paper or Construction paper

Scissors

Ruler

Markers or Pens

Optional - Colored pencils

Optional - Shells, beads, fake flowers, etc. and hot glue gun or stickers

Step one:

Cut square or rectangular pieces of paper

Step two:

you can color the pieces of paper with colored pencils before or after you cut them out.

Step three:

Write positive statements about yourself. If you like to draw, feel free to add some doodles into the mix, as well!

Optional:

Decorate your jar! Take your items (fake flowers, beads, sequins, rhinestones, stickers, etc.) and Use glue, hot glue, or its adhesive to stick it on the jar or box. This is YOUR project so do not be afraid to make it your own!

Step Four:

Place the pieces of paper in your jar, box, or container and put your jar on your desk, dresser, or nightstand! Take one out when you need a pick-me-up!
