“Art for me is a journey of discovery and acknowledgement. Today, people might see my art and say that I am a good artist. But I feel that there is still a lot to discover. I acknowledge my shortcomings and try to work hard on them. I am a self-taught artist who has been making art since the age of 14. Today I am proud to say that my art is good enough that people consider hiring me to make art for them. Although, I would still not consider myself at a professional level. It might by modesty on my part, but still, as artists we should all strive to better ourselves. That betterment should be felt and seen in every artwork we make. I think that with every artwork, with every experience, I am actually improving and expanding my horizons. My passion for art is something that began with Japanese Animation or famously known as anime. After that I was introduced to Korean Pop or K-pop culture. Both of these J-pop or Japanese Pop and K-pop cultures have had a huge hand in inspiring me to make art. Both of these cultures heavily emphasize on visual art mediums to influence others. Not only that but a lot of people today, are heavily motivated and influenced by these fascinating cultures. And I feel, there are other cultures that also do the same. And that is the reason why art is a journey for me. I keep discovering new things everyday with the help of all the international artists and their art. My passion is to find my own style. Although, I do feel that I do have my own style down by now. But, it does feel as if it is lacking and by constantly making new art, I am feeling the subtle changes in my style that truly make it my own style.
